September 1995 Established RACCOON TRADE SERVICE as a private limited company (capital: 5 million yen).
May 1995 Became a joint-stock company and changed its name to RACCOON CO., LTD. (capital: 10 million yen).
August 1998 Creation of a website "Online Gekiyasu Donnya", for transaction between companies dealing overplus stocks.
April 2000 Moved the main office to Shibuya, Tokyo.
Received investments from the CEO of Singapore Telecom (later CEO of Singapore Airlines) Koh Boon Hwee, Nikkei Venture Capital and others.

November 2001 Moved the main office to the building next to the warehouse in Chuo Ward, Tokyo. This allowed the company to begin the in-house inspection and shipment of the products.
November 2002 Opened a BtoB site "SUPER DELIVERY" that deals in both new and regular products.
July 2004 Moved the head office in Chuo Ward, Tokyo. At the same time, established the ECR center, the hub of Logistics Customer Support.
February 2006 Was awarded a special award of 2005 New Business Award.

April 2007 Moved the head office in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, and made the correspondence to personnel increase and office operations more efficient.

September 2008 Opened a BtoB site "Buyer's Navi", which was dealing with the hottest products.
May 2009 Integrated the service of “Buyer’s Navi” to “SUPER DELIVERY”, into one website.
November 2010 Acquired TRUST & GROWTH CO., LTD. as a wholly-owned subsidiary
October 2011 Opened BtoB settlement service "Paid".
March 2014 Opened a cloud-based ordering system "COREC", that can centrally manage placing and accepting orders.
March 2016 Was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's first section.
June 2016 SUPER DELIVERY was awarded the Regional Revitalization Minister's Prize in the first Nihon Service Award.
August 2016 Opened "URIHO", an online accounts receivable guarantee service intended for small and medium-sized businesses.
