General Overview of Raccoon

When was the company established?

It was established in September 1995. However, in September 1993, President & Representative Director Ogata started the business as a sole proprietor.

What is the origin of the company name?

Although we are often asked to repeat the name of Raccoon on the telephone, etc., President & Representative Director Ogata decided this name when establishing the company, thinking that asking the name repeatedly would conversely make it stick n people's minds.

We are listed on Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

When was Racoon listed on the stock exchange (public offering of shares)?

We were listed in April 2006.

One unit is 100 shares.

Do you have any plans to split the shares?

We currently have no plans to do so.

When is the shareholder meeting?

We hold the Annual Shareholder Meetings in late July every year.

Do you have a shareholder benefit program?

We do not have a shareholder benefit program.

The record date is the end date of April for the year-end dividend and the end date of October for the interim dividend. Please confirm with your securities company, etc. about whether or not the right to dividends is attached.

When is the fiscal year end?

The fiscal year ends in April.

I would like to know the schedule for the announcement of financial results (when are financial results announced?).

Our year-end financial results are announced around early June every year. The schedule for the announcement of quarterly financial results is posted on the IR calendar as soon as it is finalized, so please refer to “IR Calendar” for details.
