The RACCOON Group’s value creation process

With the corporate philosophy, “Making corporate activities more efficient and convenient,” the RACCOON Group has created new services in the areas of EC business and financial business. We define the significance of our existence as changing inefficient systems to efficient ones and providing all companies with trading opportunities that transcend distance, time, language, and other barriers, and will work with our stakeholders to create a better society.

Approach to identifying important issues (materiality)

Identification process
Step1 Capture social issues that the RACCOON Group should address based on the demands of society.
Step2 Evaluate the level of importance to the RACCOON Group and to society from a medium- to long-term perspective (scoring).
Step3 Map priority issues to be addressed.

Step4 Narrow down important issues reflecting the passage of time, changes in the external environment, management intentions, and other factors.
Step5 Reconfirm the relationship between the value creation process and important issues, and group the important issues for identification.
